The promotional video for “Booty” by Jennifer Lopez featuring Pitbull was directed by Emil Nava and released in June 2014 to promote Lopez’s eighth studio album, A.K.A.. The energetic visual celebrates confidence, sensuality and dance, with Lopez showing off her signature moves in a series of vibrant, choreography-focused scenes. Wearing a cherry-red crop top and patterned leggings before switching to a sparkling two-piece outfit, she dances alongside a group of female dancers in an open, industrial-style setting. The teaser highlights her impressive choreography, including twerking, hip-shaking and playful dance movements, while the camera keeps the focus firmly on the performers and the song’s party-ready energy. Featuring the catchy refrain and a guest appearance from Pitbull on the track, the promotional clip offers a glimpse of the bold, playful direction of the A.K.A. era. Released shortly before the album arrived on June 17, 2014, the video helped introduce “Booty” as one of the record’s most provocative and dance-oriented tracks.
