Directed by Jora Frantzis, the music video for “Medicine” featuring French Montana, premiered on April 7, 2019, on YouTube and during an episode of Jennifer Lopez’s NBC dance competition series World of Dance. The visually striking clip embraces a white carnival aesthetic, depicting Lopez as the ringmaster of a monochromatic freak show filled with fortune tellers, a towering 50-foot cake and a moving carousel. Her extravagant wardrobe includes a dazzling jumpsuit designed by Zuhair Murad, adding to the video’s theatrical and glamorous atmosphere. The project marked Lopez’s first collaboration with Frantzis. On May 17, 2019, Lopez released a second music video for the Steve Aoki remix, “Medicine (Steve Aoki from The Block Remix),” offering a separate visual interpretation of the track.
