The music video for Jennifer Lopez’s “All I Have”, featuring LL Cool J, was directed by Dave Meyers and filmed in New York City in November 2002. Set against a wintry, holiday-inspired backdrop, the video follows Lopez and LL Cool J as former lovers struggling to come to terms with their breakup during the festive season. Throughout the video, the two reminisce about their relationship, with flashbacks and imagined encounters suggesting that they still have strong feelings for one another despite their separation. In one of the central scenes, Lopez visits LL Cool J’s home to leave him a Christmas gift, but when she discovers he is not there, she places it beneath the Christmas tree and leaves. He later finds the present and opens it to reveal a golden key, but overwhelmed by the pain of their failed relationship, he throws it into the fireplace. Meanwhile, a tearful Lopez receives support from her friends as she gathers her belongings and attempts to move on. Combining snowy winter scenery, festive decorations, and emotionally charged performances, the video creates a bittersweet atmosphere that contrasts the warmth of the holiday season with the sadness of lost love.
