Cambia el Paso

Jennifer Lopez teamed up with Puerto Rican superstar Rauw Alejandro for “Cambia el Paso,” a vibrant Spanish-language single released on July 5, 2021. Blending infectious Latin rhythms with contemporary urban beats, the track delivers an empowering message about embracing change, moving forward, and finding the courage to leave behind what no longer feels right. The lyrics celebrate a woman reclaiming her independence and realizing she is better off without an undeserving partner. Recorded following Jennifer’s split from Alex Rodriguez, the song carried an especially personal message of starting fresh. With its irresistible rhythm and confident attitude, “Cambia el Paso” encourages everyone to take that next step and dance into a new chapter.
