The ballad was written by Michael Pollack, Nicholas Sarazen, Livvi Franc, Maluma and Edgar Barrera, and produced by Kim Burse and Kevin Teasley. The uptempo duet was produced by Pollack, The Monsters & Strangerz and Sarazen, with additional songwriting contributions from Stefan Johnson, Jordan Johnson and Oliver Peterhof.

Lyrics
Marry Me (Featuring Maluma) Lyrics:
Marry me, marry me, say yes
Marry me, marry me, say yes
Marry me, marry me, say yes
For the rest, the rest
I’ve never seen forever (Yeah yeah)
I’ve never seen forever in the wild
But now I’m lookin’, now I’m lookin’ in its eyes
Baby, you’re my shelter
Shelter from a broken paradise
I couldn’t dream it any better if I try
